Jonathan Further to my earlier info. I have had a look at the surrounding areas of Thelveton and there are two possibilities for Susan:
to Robert Rudling 26/12/1810 in Pulham Market To John Barber 30/9/1825 in Diss
The Rebecca marriages are further afield.
Regards Dee

Hi Dee
Thought you might say that.
Zachariah, Henry, Susan & Lucy are common names on this branch. Thelveton & area if that narrows it down.
Also William Rudd & a Charlotte ca 1826 John Rudd & a Ann/Rebecca ca 1836
Cheers
Johnathon
PS what info have you got on your Ann Rudd

Sorry for delay in getting back to you. I have checked the 25 parishes of suffolk on my CD 1801-1837 and there are no Herrington marriages. In fact, there are only 3 on the whole CD. I will give them to you in case you find that your tree crosses the boarder to Norfolk.
William Dowson Herrington & Martha West 19/1/1829 in Acle, Norfolk
Ann Herrington & Robert Key 5/5/1834 at St Gregory's Norwich
Margaret Herrington & Daniel Chase 7/3/1825 Acle, Norfolk.
Sorry I couldn't help further. Dee

Norwich has several parishes, however, the ones I gave you were parishes in their own right.
Maybe if you google Norwich parishes, you may be able to pull up a list of them.

Hi Dee
Thanks for the John Howe marriages. Are any of those in Norwich? or are they all just in Norfolk?

I have had a look at the "male" marriages for Charlotte's father. I am listing all the marriages between 1801 & 1814 (don't think they would have been any younger when Charlotte was born).
David Baldry & Ann(e) Woods 31/3/1809 Wymondham
John Baldry & Mary Cooper 26/4/1802 Wymondham
James Baldry & Ann(e) Howes 28/2/1802 Gt Yarmouth.
John Baldry & Elizabeth Marsham 10/9/1801 Great Yarmouth
John Baldry & Elizabeth Soames 4/4/1804 Roydon nr Diss
John Baldry & Elizabeth Warton 15/10/1811 Diss
Benjamin Baldry & Mary Read 11/3/1802 Bressingham
Farra Baldry & Mary Bunn 12/10/1811 Thurlton
George Baldry & Mary Grant 12/5/1801 Fundenhall
George Baldry & Elizabeth Kipper 11/5/1808 Burgh St Margarets
James Baldry & Elizabeth Cock 12/6/1810 Kenninghall
James Baldry & Mary Day 16/12/1813 Denton
Thomas Baldry & Ann(e) Crane 27/10/1806 Griston
William Baldry & Mary Warner 26/4/1809 Carlton Coalville
William Baldry & Margaret Buxton 21/12/1813 Redenhall
William Baldry & Letitia Goodram 6/1/1814 Seething
Robert Baldry & Mary Rudd 27/4/1804 Alburgh
John Baldry & Dorothy Riches 28/3/1814 Lakenham St John & all Saints
Thats it! Doubt her parents would have been married after 1814 or before 1801. They could have been married in Suffolk - the CD covers 25 suffolk parishes of which Carlton Coalville is the only one in the above list, but the marriage could have taken place in another suffolk parish.
The above may give you something to work with. Why don't you put a thread up for anyone calling in at the Norfolk records offices and ask if they can look up the marriage of Charlotte - get a copy for you if poss - but definately look up her father's name. Some of the GR members go into the offices on occasions and offer look-ups for people.
Sorry I can't help further.
Good luck - let me know how you get on.
Dee

Sorry, you will have to view the parish record for this (or order a copy from NRO). The CD is only a transcript of the marriages. It gives, Bride, Groom, Date of marriage and the parish it took place, that is all. I could take a look to see if there are any other marriages by the same surnames in the same parish, or if you may have siblings names (perhaps names carried down the line) I could look for any of those, but it still won't tell you who the parents were. You need that copy! Chances are, because this marriage is in 1831, the parents would have been married after 1801, and I should have them listed on the CD, but again, you would have to go back to the NRO for a copy of this record to go back even further.
Let me know if you want me to look further.

Hi Denise
You found this marriage for me before. John Howe and Sarah Dawson St Edmund, Norwich, Norfolk 02/12/1832. I have reason to believe that John was a widower when he married Sarah. Please would you look for another marriage for John?
Thanks
Julie
