Hi Susan, Unfortunately not. I just can't seem to go back any further than Clara Grace Chapman. I have her Death certificate & I'm able to get a return on a search for her marriage to Alfred Barney in June 1902 and in Paddington but thats as far as I can go. I have been told that she was born at St. Thomas, London but yet nothing to support.

Hi Susie Thanks for reply, sadly I don't think its her, Dad remembers his Gran as a dressmaker by trade, she always worked from home, although funnily enough his sister was a nurse. Sorry to hear you could't find a sign of Frederick Henry George's death. Best wishes Val

carol i still cant access census,so i typed in "ball aldbourn"and got the following william ball head 21 aldbourne jane ball wife 20 aldbourn edith ball dau 6mth aldbourne eliza ball mother 61 aldbourne census was taken in aldbourne as well,so they hadnt moved area susie ps it was the only four in aldbourne hope this helps susie
