Hi Sue I've had a look in Batley and the only other Hepplestones I have found so far not counting Joseph are- Robert and Lydia Hepplestone with their family,they do have a daughter called Mary but she is only 7 John and Ellan Hepplestone with their family they also have a daughter called Mary but she is aged 17. Hi Chris, If you are still doing these lookups can I ask about my husband's GG Grandmother? Ellen LONSDALE born Dishforth, Yorks and would be about 14 in 1871. By 1881 census she had married (surname Pease) and was living in Tower Street, Richmond, Yorks with two children. If you find anyone likely I'd love to know who her parents and siblings were. Hi Debbie H I Have looked in Denaby and I have found Lydia age 23 but her husband was called William also 23 a coal miner from West Hallam, they had no children but thay did have lodgers. Hi Chris It is pretty definately Hodson though might have been spelt wrong on census. I think this is her family in 1881. 4 Court 1 Sussex St Sheffield. I am fairly sure as her father I know is John and she named one of her sons Emmanuel. John aged 51 labourer in steel works born Derby Mary 49 Newton Heath Sidney 29 Labourer Sheffield Emanuel 29 labourer Sheffield Ada 14 Sheffield By this time Emily was Emily Hanton living in Psalter Lane Kimberworth.

hi coul anyone do me a look up for the 71 census? Im guessing by the response someone has access! Im looking for David and Sarah Merritt, Patrick and Jane Harrold, Hannah Merritt, and Lawson Merritt. All of these people were born and lived in Beverley, East Yorkshire. Also if David is found was Edwin Mitchell Merritt living with him? Any help would be appreciated thanks louise
