Hi Susan I found a George WOODFORD age 61 living St Martins in the Fields,Charring Cross Piece 56 Folio 326. There were no Roberts listed and no Maria`s. There was 1 Henretta HUMPHREY listed age 36 Pancras Kentish Town Piece 122 Folio 93. All the best Sarah

Hi Doreen There are 100`s of TAYLORs listed and there are quite a few Thomas TAYLORs listed. Ive checked the THomas TAYLORs listed that were aged 20-40 to see if they were matched with an ELiza. However none of them were. If your Thomas TAYLOR was in a different age group, you will have to let me know . All the best Sarah

Dear Sarah, not much info but my husbands grandfather was a police man on the case of the Ripper, his name was Benjamin Syrad, we think he was married to a Rosemary and possibly had a son who emigrated to Australia, Benjamin then moved to North Wales where he married a Sarah Bright, and had my mother in law Joan Syrad, in his old age, dying when she was still a young child.
