Just thought I'd post in Sarah's absense. Sarah only has the index, so she cannot actually lookup addresses, all she can do is lookup the name of the person for you and then give you the ref so that someone who has got the actual 1861 census can then do the look up for you. Regards, Siobhan |

Looking for a Doughty family. Father John Doughty, age I imagine 30ish, mother Eliza Caroline Doughty, I assume similar age. Places of birth not known, father's occupation soldier (described on an 1856 birth cert as Private, Scots Fusiliers). At least 1 child, George William, age 5, born Westminster (tho' as an adult he gives Lambeth as his place of birth, so I suspect the family moved about a bit & may have moved to Lambeth when he was very young). If you can find anyone based on that vague information, I'd be interested to know if there are any other children - there may be a Herbert and an Eliza. Thanks in anticipation. . . |

Hello Sarah, I am not sure if I have asked you before as I have tried so many times to find my great grandfather, if so my apologies. I am looking for a Boon family of London that would include a John Boon born prior to 1844 or his son, also John Boon born 1860-1861. I have no other details except John Boon Senior was a coach painter by trade at some time. Thanking you for your kind offer..................Pam |

On first page. he wife is Mary Ann Michelin (formerly Farrell) either may be deceased, so either one could be on there own, or luckily they may of both been alive so living together. regards, Siobhan |
