Hi Sally, I am looking for a marriage of a Peter Knight and Sarah Flemming in Sussex. I have an ancestor Charles Knight born 1850 Brighton and these 2 are his parents. On the 1851 census Charles is with a family headed by Peter and Sarah Knight but he and the child above him age 3 are put as grandchildren!! I need to find out if these 2 are in fact his parents. It's the years that are the problem so possibly from 1848 back wards? If it takes too much then I understand. I can't go back further until I establish his right parents. Thank you so much Dawn in NZ |
