Monmouthshire 1891 help please Just when I've got together all the Gloucestershire information I find that one member of the family married over the boarder and then they went off to America! So, in an effort to narrow the time between marriage and their departure would it be possible for a look up on Mons 1891 census for William Llewellyn Thomas (blacksmith) and Ellen both aged 25 known to be in Llandenny area in 1888. Much appreciated, Gill |

Update: Tracey a fellow member has just found William in 1891 for me. If there is any chance you can find William in 1871 I would be grateful. Thanks. Hi Tracey, I would be very grateful if you could do an 1891 look up for William New aged around 36. (born around 1855) I have William in 1883 living at number 32 FOXWELL ST, (Deptford? Kent). Married to Mary Alice Long. I have a William New in 1881 at number 9 FOXWELL ST, aged 26 but I am not sure if its the same man just moved a few doors along (birth place Lambeth) . By 1901 the family had moved to Rotherhithe (Surrey) stating birthplace Newbury. If by any chance you find the family in1891 or 1871 I would be very grateful. Many thanks, Selena |

Tracy Thank you so much for finding my Mary Jane Spear. She is living with her sister Emma and family, as she was in later censuses. I was hoping she was still living at home with her parents, as these are proving impossible to find! The Spillers were definitely in Broad Clist in 1871, as you say they probably haven't been added yet. Thanks again Sue |

Tracy, would you mind checking 1901 Census for Kent for Walter Chambers aged about 4, father also Walter and other family members. Likely to be Mid Kent - Maidstone/Lenham/Headcorn somewhere in that area. Thanks a lot - Den |

Hi Tracey, It's me again. I can't find your new thread, but wonder if you see this you could please do another look up for me. In your last list to me you included an entry for 1) 1891 census, Mary THOMPSON, 51, Greenwich Kent; wife, St Paul Deptford. Stupidly this didn't ring a bell with me, but I wonder if you could please send me an image of that. Also, if/when possible 2) 1891 census image Mary Tompson. RG 12 413/094b Surrey, Lambeth Thank you very much Jo (Canada) |
