Thanks Tracy - that solves a lot for me. I have some water colours done in the 1830's by a couple of ladies in Herefordshire. These were passed on to my grandmother by John Hearns wife and I couldn't figure out any connection with our family and Herefordshire - this just might be it ! Cheers. Mary

George Fairey (Fairy/Farry/Farey??) born 1832 +/- Yelden Beds ( he was at 34 South St Horncastle Lincs in 1881) 2. His wife Matilda Fairey was born 1835+/- in Navenby Lincs and was living with John Brown Blacksmith as a housekeeper in Church St Horncastle in 1881 with 2 of their children. Don't know whether they will be back together in 1891??? 3. ANY FAIREY born Riseley Beds - they will be all over the place Yelden Beds: Alconbury, Connington. Great Catworth, Little Catworth Hunts so if you could just find me a few I'd be grateful as I don't have any in 1891. I'd love the images if poss. Thanks very much indeed Marlene
