Thanks Laurie, Any item on a Warburton helps at the moment ... there are so many of them, its a case of peicing them all together ! I feel like a fraud, I put a message out for 1891 lookup earlier ... Rosemary Groves gave me the answer, so then I changed it to 1901 lookup ... no response, then saw your thread so asked you, and now Rosemary and others are answering my other thread !!!!!!! cos I didn't get chance to go and dfelete my other thread !! :-( sorry everyone ...I didn't mean for you all to run round after me ! Elaine :-) THANK YOU |

Hi Elaine, I think Cheshire is partial as there is a Warburton b Shocklach Cheshire living in Hampton, Cheshire appearing. This is all there is that may be of interest: prisoner James Warburton 19yrs b Altningham, Cheshire living Islington St Clement, London Laurie |

Hi Laurie, Very many thanks - if it's not too onerous a task I'd be much obliged if you could, but don't worry if you've too much to do. Best wishes, Gordon |

Clara's husband was Grant Sheppard but I think she may have been a widow by 1891...although no firm evidence for this! |

Hi Maggie, Still nothing for Isaac. I have him on 1891 and 1901. Tried looking for William and Amelia but nothing. They could be living in an area where the census hasn't been transcribed to Ancestry like Kent or Manchester. Which I know are two areas definately not on here yet. Faldo's 1871 results, you'll have to let me know if you want more details on any of these: brother Alfd Joseph 20yrs b Lambeth, Surrey living Rotherhithe daur E S Faldo 17yrs b Rotherhithe living Greenwich son Ernest H 3yrs b Greenwich living Greenwich son J B Faldo 14yrs b Rotherhithe living Greenwich son John W 5yrs b Rotherhithe living Greenwich daur L E Faldo 12yrs b Rotherhithe living Greenwich daur M K Faldo 21yrs b Rotherhithe living Greenwich servant Martha 28yrs b Rotherhithe living Stoke Newington, St Mary, London wife Martha 45yrs b Southwark, Surrey living Greenwich head Nicholas Geo 34yrs b Rotherhithe living Rotherhithe head Robert 45yrs b Rotherhithe living Greenwich son Robert 19yrs b Rotherhithe living Greenwich sister Sarah Ann 36yrs b Rotherhithe living Rotherhithe wife Susanna 30yrs b Rotherhithe living St Paul, Deptford, Kent head Thomas 40yrs b Rotherhithe living St Paul, Deptford son Thomas 7mths b Greenwich living Greenwich Laurie |

Hi Laurie Thanks for looking. Unfortunately not the right Thomas Fletcher. The one I am looking for was not born till 1878 in Longridge. He was the son of Thomas and Alice Fletcher. I'll just have to keep looking. Sandra |

Iwonder if you could help again! Clara Isabella Sheppard born 1846 Southwark, London. I'm fairly sure she didn't die until 1898 (in Derby) so I'm hoping she may be findable. With many thanks. |

Hi Brian Carder, On the 1871 there is this, which might mean that they've finally been found. Fingers crossed that this is them: 1871 Living West Ham, Essex head John Carter Hayton 24yrs b Exeter, Devon wife Mary Ann Hayton 23yrs b Folkestone, Kent brother George Carda 16yrs b Fulham, Middlesex brother Henry Carder 14yrs b Stratford, Essex At the minute there is a problem with Ancestry and it is not letting me view the census to see occupations.
