Hi Debra, I posted a request on page 10 and as i cant find a relpy either i cant see for looking or you may have inadvertantly overlooked my request, if so would you be able to find my G Grandfather, Alfred Ford on the 1851,61or 71 census, for me. On 1881 census he was in Middlesbrough, aged 47, born Wiltshire. In 1901 he was in Darlington, age 66, born Trowbridge, Wiltshire. Many thanks for your time, Regards, Maggie.

Hi again Debra SORRY I was hoping that you may be able to find a Frederick Henry George supposedly??!! born in Sydney Australia in 1881!! (1881 census Australia?) Do forgive me if this isn't possible just thought I would take up your generous offer. I wasn't sure if an Australia look up was possible on Ancestry. It appears that this man, my Grandfather, is very Illusive or never existed.!!! Again, as you will gather, I'm not even sure that he was born in Australia!!!! I need to find him somewhere! to, at least, start his background. I was hoping to find something out about him, on some census, even in England. Maybe he origionated from England and not Australia, I hope I'm not doing him an injustice. Could his family have emigrated to Australia?, if I found an FH George born in England, on the 1881-91 or 1901 census, how do I find out if this family did emigrate? Is their any advice you can throw my way?! As you will now gather, I'm still a novice. I do hope that maybe you can do something for me!!!!!! Hopefully Val

Oh thank you I am trying to find someone for a close friend. I am looking for a John William Whitehead and brother Arthur George Whitehead. I think I have found John's birth on Free BMD as June 1891 but cannot find Arthur. They were born in Stockton on Tees and later moved to Tite Street in Chelsea. My friend would like to know which house they lived in in Tite Street but somehow I don't think they moved to London until after the 1901 census as I cannot find either of them living in London on the census, but I don't have any credits for 1901 left and I cancelled my Ancestry a month ago. Arthur was in the Grenedier Guards prior to WW1 and was killed in the war. Certainly during the war they lived in Tite Street. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated thanks - Jan, Chelmsford
