Hi Steven; I can't find anything on George Whittle around that time. There are three or four Whittle families in Blackburn around that time. If you want the information on these families email me off list and I can send them. Maybe George was missed or not baptised until he was older so he is not there. Hi Janet; Sorry, there is nothing for the birth of William Carroll. Most of the Carroll births are in Ireland. I checked using just the parents names as well, sorry nothing.
