Hiya I wonder if you can look up:- Spanish Sea Captain Baptiste, HELP NEEDED please My GREAT great GREAT ??? GRANDAD was a spanish sea captain on my mothers side, he settled in england and thats all I know. Can anyone advise me how I can fill in the missing pieces. cheers

Laurie, Don,t waste too much time on this one as it is ridiculously vague. However, if you do find anything could I impose on your good nature to E mail me as I,m away for a week - [email protected] William Hayes,ABOUT 46, gardener - missing from his family on the Warrington census. One of his children later married in Salford and one in Manchester. Cursory search of those areas if possible. I won,t be offended if it is too much to ask. Many thanks and best wishes.

Hi there thank you for kind offer, I have also asked for the marriage of this person his name is John Ruskin, all registration of any births etc were in edmonton, but he did infact live in cheshunt herts, flamstead end, park lane, and area such asthat, I am sure that he was not married so am hoping that you may find him at home with his parents, his birth is 1831, and there are a few ruskins in the area, any would be helpful, as I am trying to elliminate all possibilities best wishes Janet

Hi Laurie, Please could you look for:- George Wright b c 1812 in Ashover Derbyshire, living in Sheffield in 1851 with His wife Ann b c1816 in Ashover Derbyshire and children Ann b c 1846 in Sheffield and James born after Ann in Sheffield. Does the Ireland part go into Limerick? If so I am looking for Mary Brown(e) born Limerick c 1845. I don't know whether it was Limerick town/city or the county of. She only gave Limerick on census details of 1881 and 1891. Thank you, Margaret

Hello Laurie, Thank you very much for your kind offer. I am looking for Mary Byrne born Ireland around 1831-34.(varies on Marriage Cert and Census) In 1854 Mary was living at 63 Market Street, Birkenhead, Cheshire, her father Michael was a farmer at the time. I know Mary Byrne is a common name, and I don't have much info, so if this look up is easier, I'd appreciate it... William Hawkins b.c 1831 in Ireland, a stonemason/mason. In 1854 William was living in Latimer Court, Hornby Street. (Off Scotland Road) Liverpool. His father was John Hawkins. I really appreciate any help. Bye for now Diane NSW Australia

Hi Laurie Many thanks for the offer. Can you please try and find an Edwin Marten or Martin for me in Sussex. Edwin's a gas fitter and has a son James, who should be aged about 13 in 1851. I would really appreciate any help you can give. Regards Lesley

Hi Laurie Could you look up these people who should be in Congleton area (possibly Buglawton) John Tomlinson born Gillow Heath, Biddulph, Staffs c 1803 and his household. His wife is probably Elizabeth (Betty) Samuel Goodall probably born Congleton c 1815 and his household. His wife is probably Ann Ruth. Thank you for the offer Bronwyn
