Hi Barbara, There is only one Ruscoe on the census, and the first name is William. If you think Joseph was in Shropshire in 1851, how about adding a request on the boards for a Shropshire look up?Some one might have the CD for it,with a bit of luck, if it's available. Good Luck, Nicola

Hi Nicola, Thankyou for your kind offer, is the warwickshire 1851 census indexed? If so I'd be gratefull of a look up as I only have limited information. Looking for George Troth and wife Anne, I am unsure of their ages or place of birth all i know is they were married in Harborne Staffs in 1823.(with consent of parents so think they were not 21yrs at time) They are believed to be in the Birmingham area about 1830's.
