Hi Margaret Can you possibly have a look on the 1871 census to see who else live there at the time? My great grandfather, Robert Marshall, born 1863, his parents were John Marshall (1816? of Ireland) he was as a mason, and Janet (nee McNaughtan) of 1832? of Rothesay. they live at the time was at 79 High Street, Rothesay, Isle of Bute, Scotland. I know that in 1881 and 1901 they were living at Comberbach Hall in Comberbach, Cheshire. Any information that you can find would be most appriciated. Margaret Could you please look up EMILY BEAN age 46 Dressmaker Kensington in 1901 census and let me know who she was living with. In 1881 she was living with husband Samuel b York a Painter. If you could find them in 1891 it might show some children. She was b 1854/5 St Lukes Bethnal Green. Thanks Shirley
