Hi there Deborah<p> Could you do a search on the 1851 Warwick Census for a Jane Summers, baptised 9 April 1842. <p> Her parents were Stephen Summers and Elizabeth Freeman - they married on 1 December 1834 at Leamington Priors. <p> Jane married my GGrandfather George Bird in 1866. He originated from Aldenham, Herts. <P> I found Jane and George in the 1881 Census but am hoping you will find Jane and her parents.<p> Many thanks<p> Sue

I wondering if you could help with this query?after the death of my mother in law July 04 I have come across a bible with the name William Manfield Smallridge 1880 from M Burrough's. the trouble is William dosen't seem to be a family name!!!! Hi Deborah I don't know whether you can help me as i have very little info to go on, I am trying to find out who the parents of Edward Jones were. Edward was born about 1843/44 in Birmingham Warickshire. (See the problem name Jones in Birmingham.) Edward married a lady called Jane but i dont know her surname. The only Edward and Jane i could find was a Jane Scott who married Edward in 1861 which is quite close to the dates i would expect. Their first Child Thomas was born abt 1865. Please could you look at the BIVRI and see if you can find either Edwards Parents or the marriage. Thanks very much for your help Jane
