Hi Robin - forgive me if I've already asked you before! wonder if you can trace JOHN BLACKMORE. Born c1814 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, (although on some census reports he says Stroud, Gloucestershire). He was in London by 1861 and married. It says on his marriage certificate of 1858 that he was a widower - don't know anything about his first marriage at all yet - and that his father was also a JOHN BLACKMORE, deceased by then. One of the witnesses on his 1858 marriage certificate was a Jane Blackmore. Many thanks. Sheryl
