Hi Tracy could you look up Births for Henry Woof b 1896 Meole Brace Shrewsbury. Parents names I am after : Believed to be Charles Woof b 1866 Condover Shrewsbury & Ellen Woof nee ??? born in Leintwardine Shropshire. If additional you could find their marriage that would be great . There are not many Woof's in any of the databases or census. This is the first time I have used the message boards. Thanks Tracy, A bit confused :- Montgomeryshire & Shropshire these are two seperate county's !!. The Quater is correct because birth Nov 1896. Don't know where Atcham is ? I have only found one Henry Woof in any data base. He is in the 1901 census with his mother, bother & sister but no father listed. Struggling with parents names etc. Any help would be much app~. Tracy, ( Transposed the F & L on Census ) great piece of information William is the elder brother of Henry. And untill now I believed Fredrick to be the uncle who was Charles brother. I know that two or three of the Woof family's where inter-related !! And that some of the had good "bikes" to get around the area. It could be either due to the fact that brothers etc of the Woofs married girls born in India for example Fredrick & Charles brother Edward married a girl called Mary born Shahjchampore, India. A number of the family where posted there at various times. It is most likey the second. I will say again "you are good". Cheers Steve

Also George Hone b 1849 married Mary A Webb b 1867. His second marriage. Born in Poplar Middlesex and probably married nearby. Would it be possible to find out his first wife? Hi tracy Could I be so kind as to ask you for a couple of look ups on 1901 The first is Benjamin John Edmonds or it could have been John Benjamin, he would have been fairly young about 1 to 10 perhaps, and he came from Southampton Hampshire. and the second his wife Lilian Florence Peckham about the same age in the same area. Hi Tracy, Can you help me please, I'm getting confused a bit, could you find out who is whose brother please Samuel Moris Tarn b 1884 in Teesdale Samuel Tarn b 1883 in Richmond Yorkshire. James Tarn b 1887 d 1962 in Blackhall James Tarn b 1887 d 1962 in Teesdale Joseph Tarn d 1958 in Teesdale. The dates are the same but born in different areas that is making it confusing.
