Hi Michelle Thank you for your time and trouble trying to find my Claytons. Could you possibly try another g/g/grandfather for me please? Charles Bird (a Drawing Instrument Maker) with wife: Jane Bird age 53 born in Clerkenwell. If Charles hadn't died by 1861, they will probably be living in Islington. (Jane lived to 84) Also: Henry Bird (their son) age 29, a Drawing Instrument Maker, born in Clerkenwell with wife: Mary Haslan Sophia age 26 born in Clerkenwell. I am 90% certain they will be living in Islington (in 1871 they were at 7 St James Road.) Many thanks Christel
