Hi Lorraine, I'm afraid I don't have more details than you gave me:- Archibald Wilson and Agnes Wallace as the parents of Alexander Wallace Wilson born Sept 1817 or 18 in Galston, Ayr, Scotland. I'm pretty certain these are mine as Alexander wnet on to name his daughter agnes and one of his daughters named her son Alexander Wallace... Don't worry if there are too many too look at. Hiya Lorraine. My O'Donnells were in Kilmovee which is in Mayo, i think the Shiel(Sheil)s came from that way too. Near places called UGOOL or Eggool and Kilkelly. Ive got a John or possibly Edward O'Donnell in 1870ish and Isaac Shiel(Sheil) around the same time. Hope this helps. Not from Limerick i dont think.
