Hi Phil Have had a quick scan through the pages of the Census but there are 125 of them for Weston. Do you know the address they were at in 1851? It may help narrow things down a bit. Regards Nikki

Hi Nikki Could you check for Harriet Holden (b. 1792 Dorset)? In the 1851 Somerset census she was living with husband John (died 1856) and son John b. c1831 in Middle St., Yeovil, Somerset. Regards, April

HAWKINS, Edward (occupation: gardener) and Harriet Sophia Hawkins (nee Pears) in the Weston district of Bath. Both born in 1826, aged 35 in 1861. They married in Weston in 1847, census 1851 suggests they may still have been childless then, but I know they had at least 3 children later. What was the family situation in 1861 please?
