Rachel, the site doesn't let email addresses print in full (see my opening post for a taster!!). Perhaps you could email me directly for the images? I only got the first part of your address in your message :O( Louise |

Hi Louise thank you so much for all your help. They all fit together it looks like that Frederick Genower remarried because his 1st wife died in 1884 , could you look up his 2nd marriage. As Genower is an unsual name in the 1891 and 1901 census they must all be related to each other could i have a look at the rest of them. Many thaks Rod. |

Hi Louise thanks Can you lookup deaths? If so can you see if Thomas Simmons born 1822 Penshurst Kent appears on there and Ann Medhurst born 1825 Kemsing Kent. They both lived in Sevenoaks where their children and grandchildren etc lwent on to live so i am presuming they would have died in Sevenoaks Kent. Thanks for your help. Claire |

Hi Rod, Frederick and wife in 1901 appear in a reply above! I'm probably being very dim, but who do you actually want me to search for in 1891 and 1901? Oh, and did you get the 5 images OK as I sent them all together and it would have been a large attachment! Louise :O) |

Claire, I can only search at Ancestry which has some deaths but they're certainly not complete records. You may also want to try at FreeBMD, but again, they're not complete. Some possible matches found at Ancestry as follows: Name: Simmons, Thomas Record Type: Deaths Age at death: 50 Quarter: December Year: 1873 District: Dartford County: Kent Volume: 2a Page: 220 (click to see others on page) Name: Simmons, Thomas Record Type: Deaths Age at death: 70 Quarter: March Year: 1892 District: Malling County: Kent Volume: 2a Page: 5_7 (click to see others on page) This looks to be your best bet: Name: Simmons, Thomas Record Type: Deaths Age at death: 77 Quarter: June Year: 1899 District: Sevenoaks County: Kent Volume: 2a Page: 410 (click to see others on page) I couldn't find a reference for Ann's death in Sevenoaks - is the surname Medhurst her married or maiden name? Deaths would be registered under her married name of course :O) Louise :O) |

Good morning, Louise. The John Howard that you found on 1861 could very well be mine? I'm probably putting 2+2 together and getting nowhere but, I wonder if Sarah Rogers could be his Sister maybe? as his eldest Daughter was Jane Sarah. John's occupations in all the other cencuses were general labourer and tanners labourer, so i'll email you for the image and have a look, if that's ok. Thanks everso much for all your help!! All the best, Gaynor xx |

Hi Thanks Louise Like you i think the last death record of Thomas is the best bet i will look into it a bit more. Ann's surname was her maiden name her married name was Simmons. Is there anything there for her? Thanks so much |

Roderic and everyone, Please can you see my new thread for look-ups etc. I'm finding this format very confusing and would prefer requests by email. It means also I can reply and send you relevant images immediately! Also, any private info doesn't have to be shared on the board. So this thread is now closed and my new thread gives details on how to ask for look-ups! Thanks everyone, Louise :O) |

Deborah, this thread is now closed as I have a new one running. Could you please see that thread and let me have a little more info if you have it? Would be useful to have the parents years of births if you know them, I searched for 2 year old Susannah but there was no obvious match. The birth dates of parents would help me to filter out a lot of the rogue matches for them! Louise :O) |
