From Chris... Dear Laura, You've been kind enoguth to help me out already with census data. I wonder if I could ask for one more. I'm trying to locate my Great Grandfather's elder sister, Sarah Rebecca Smith (nee Burge) in the 1891 census (she would marry a Smith!). She married Sidney Smith, I've found the family group in 1901 and I'm trying to work backwards from there. From Jean,,, hi laura.i am looking for the marridge of a susannah breeze b.3 3 1845 lowerstoft also her sister delia h breeze b.1843. they are the daughters of frederick a and susannah breeze. also i am seaching for a joseph budd born.1829.littlehampton sussex. Hi Jean, Joseph Budd is a very hard man to trace!!! He has changed his area of birth and wives frequently!!! Have some census for you, which gives wives' first names, you can then order certificates to get fathers names. From Russell... Alice Harwood (Born - circa 1869 in Camberwell) in the census of 1871 and 1881 and Ann Barwick (Born circa 1854 in Gillingham, Yorkshire) in the census of 1861 and 1871. Apologies I think I must have got the wrong info as I was looking at the place she lived and not the place she was born. The info I needed was actually for Alice born in Camberwell so I imagine that must be Bermondsey, therefore please can you give me further info on: Alice Harwood abt 1870 Bermondsey, Surrey, England Daughter Bermondsey London (in 1871 / 1881) Also Ann Barwick was born in Gilling, richmond Yorkshire. I know from my research that Ann Barwick married Robert Hutchinson Glenton as someone showed me details from a marriage certificate and I also have this census from 1901 with Annie (49) on it. Again any help would be great. Thanks for getting back to me. This is a bit of a puzzler as it could be either of the bottom two I think. She was married to Thomas Masters and shows up in the census of 1891 and 1901 as being 22 and 32 and born in Camberwell, Surrey which means she must have been born 1869 or 1868 if she'd not yet had her birthday.
