Thanks for trying Jacqueline. Don't think the Thomas is right because I'm pretty sure they weren't from Wales as I said Thomas is down as born in Bilston on all the censuses I have him on. Not to worry, was a bit of a long shot without more info! Sharon

hi sharon sorry albrighton not on my discs, the only thomas i can find is 9 yrs a miner with parents john and ann they were all born in wales, let me know if they are any good jackie.

Hello! Could you please look up Thomas GREEN b 1837 Bilston (so aged about 14) probably still living in Bilston/Wolverhampton. And if possible his wife to be Mary Ann JACKSON b 1841c (therefore aged about 10) in Albrighton I believe (but not sure which Albrighton because I believe there are two, one Staffs and one Shropshire). Hoping to find them with their families. Haven't got any further info so if there proves to be too many options to consider I understand if its too little to go on. Thanks so much! Sharon

JOHN WOOTON, B1823, resided in 1871 census (RG10/2843) and 1881 census (RG11/2708) at 22 High street, New Inn, Wolstanton, Oldcott, Staffordshire. Occupation beerseller and grocer. various spellings of wooton Married Elizabeth WOODWARD in Jan 1846 in Tunstall, Staffordshire. Residing in Oldcott at this time.
