Jacqueline My great, great grandfather was Charles Allen, he was 37 in the 1881 census, birthplace Leek Staffordshire, he was a chemist and druggest (master) on my great grandfather Frederick's birth certificate but a school and sanitary inspector in 1881. He was married to Elizabeth Allen nee Barlow. My great grandfather Frederick was born 10 Market Place Leek 19 January 1871. The 1881 Census address was 45 Stockwell Street. My great grandmother was a Kendrick but her father George was born c1854 and I do not know anything else about him, apart from the family were in Uttoxeter living ay Crakemarsh in the 1881 census. My great grandmother was Annie Kendrick. Her mother Ellen had remarried again by the 1901 census to a Joseph Campion. Little to go on I know. Many thanks JA

Hi Jackie, I would really appreciate a look up in Brierley Hill for my Raybould family. Head is Richard, Wife Mary and hopefully children which will include Ann Maria, Mary, Elizabeth and Benjamin. I dont know how big Brierley Hill is so please let me know if it is too big a task. Any Raybould families here will actually be mine as they all came from here so if there is any others, i would really love the info. Kind Regards Claire xx

j. a. on the limestone i cant find charles on the 1851, i noticed on the 1861 he was in lancashire as an apprentice could he have been there in 1851. jackie. ickle i cant find richard at all but a lot of brierley hill is impossible to read i have some in sedgeley let me know if they are any good. jackie.
