Hi Lesley. I am seeking BMD info' as follows: Marriage data of Samuel Stuart b. 1877 Birmingham, Warwickshire and Martha Ann Bailey b. 1878 Wednesbury, Staffs. I believe year of marriage was 1902 as he was unmarried in 1901 and first child was born 1903. Date of Death for Samuel. He is buried in St Ann's Parish Church cemetery , Chasetown, Staffs. STEVEN yes its the same Robert/John Robert b:1869 Sometimes if people have a middle name you will find different census's using either of the names as their name they put down. Lesley :~)

Hi Lesley, That looks like them because in the 1881 Census John has Birkenhead as his birth place and they are in Birken head on this 1871 Census. Cheers for that. Hi Lesley, Thanks for your help. Not sure if the 1871 Census is him. In that one he is unmarried and comes from Chorley, Lancashire. Then in 1881 he is married with a 12 year old son and comes from Euxton Lancashire. He also put that down for the 1891 & 1901. Anyway that some info to get on with anyway Thanks again Steve
