Please could you do a look up on Pallots marriage Register I am looking for the marriage of John Stead and Betty ? as they had their first child in 1824 my guess is they got married 1820- 1823. The marriage I think would have been in Lancashire as John was born 1793 in Tunstal and Betty was born 1798 in Arkholm ( in the same area). This is quite near Yorkshire border so if cannot find in Lancs could you look in Yorkshire please thanks

Hi Lesley, They certainly keep you busy... but thanks for being willing to help us amateurs! My parents and I migrated to Australia in the 60's from Newcastle and most of our immediate relatives are now dead. So our family tree was relying on the knowledge of my parents, both of whom are now gone. Here's what I know! My G-Grandfather was Alexander Simpson Emery, b 1847 in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He married Mary Bell we think in 1875. I am trying to go back as far as possible but get stuck. I was wondering if you could see what they have from the 1861 to 1901 census on the Emery family and offspring. I will be grateful for any info you find. Hello Can you help please ! Trying to find TREVOR JAMES born 1947 lived at BATTERSEA LONDON back in the 1960s. We now believe that he has moved to some where in surrey. ANN MITCHELL 1949 BALHAM/LONDON ..... round about in the year 1968-1969 she got married to GRAHAM GEORGE REED then moved out to SOMERSET/CHARD ADDRESS UPLANDS CATCHGATE LANE CRIMCHAD CHARD SOMERSET she has now moved again but now devorced think she is still using her marriage name.do believe she has stayed in the same arrea SOMERSET/CHARD. she has to son's CHRISTOPHER AND GRAHAM REED .
