Hi I'm trying find some information my Mother-in-Law. We have an ancester of hers on the 1881 Staffordshire census, could you have a look to see if he is there in 1841: John Matty born: 1814 in Ashchurch, Glocs Hannah Matty born c1816 Tewksbury, Glocs In 1881 the address they are at is: 442 Olbury Road, Harborne, Stafford I know it's a long shot that they would have been there in 1841 but if you have time and could look for them we would be really grateful. Hi Michelle, Checked for both John & Hannah Matty in Harborne, Staffs: Neither came up with results. Checked for both John & Hannah Matty in Tewksbury, Gloucester: Hannah Matty 25 James Matty 2 both born in county, living with a Mark (52)& Ann (50) James and their children. Don't suppose Hannah WAS Hannah James before marriage was she ? I will do a complete search of all Staffs and Gloucester ... see how many results are thrown up ...****** Sorry, no results at all for John Matty in Staffordshire and again No results for John Matty in Gloucestershire. Out of the two names given, only 1 hannah can be found and she's in tewkesbury .... where your Hannah was born ! Elaine :-)

Hi Elaine Thanks for the offer. I am looking for Mary Waterfall b 1780 and her children James b 1821-1824, Maria b 1825 and Samuel b 1825. They were all baptised together in 1825. Her husband was German Waterfall but as he was born in 1766 I don't think he will still be alive. Mary died in 1860 at Henry Street Sneinton Nottingham. I'm not sure if she was born in Nottm or Derby. Thanks for your help Lin

Hi Linda, With a name like that, I did a sweep of all 18 census's: 3 results for Johnson Brown .... but all in Lincolnshire. BROWN JOHNSON M 20 LINCOLNSHIRE WILLINGHAM HOUSE NORTH WILLINGHAM LINCOLNSHIRE BROWN JOHNSON M 9 LINCOLNSHIRE HOLTON LE CLAY LINCOLNSHIRE BROWN JOHNSON M 60 LINCOLNSHIRE GRAINSBY LINCOLNSHIRE The 20 yr old Johnson Brown is living with Joseph Cade (Farmer) and the family, but Johnson is the only Brown in the household. Hi again Elaine Sorry to be a pain. this is 2 look-ups please then I will leave you alone. George Bott b 1793, Susannah b 1792, children Mary 1825, Daniel 1825. Susannah is still alive in 1861 but is call Susan on census. They were married in 1815 in Old Swinford Staffs. On1861 census in Kingswinford. Samuel Dunn 1818, Diana 1821. Married in 1838 in Kingswinford. She was Diana Bott from above and her address was Kingswinford. Probably no children Thanks again Lin
