Thank you for the Strange family, does indeed look promising, however 1851 shows a Robert Strange Plasterer in Cricklade who seems to be married to a SARAH. and has obviously taken over his father's occupation. I found another Robert in Poulton working at a farm with his brother Joseph and nephew Charles aged 18. All of them are from Blunsdon and I have a feeling this may be the Robert I am looking for and not the one in Cricklade 1841. I realise this may be a tall order for you, is there is an index to search out this man without having to wade through page after page? Robert was married to Jane Masters by 1851 but he must have been working away. This is proving to be a real mystery. The Masters family in 1841 are definately the right ones. If there aen't any more than please accept my apologies for taking your time up. Marion
