Just a reminder guys, Ive posted 1881/91/01 census details for the mitchells, marriage ref for George H and Lucy is there too. (page 2) DD, Jess, Tracy and others you deserve a medal for all this work! If you need/want me to follow up on anything regarding the Mitchell's let me know. Ive looked for William and Mercy Mitchell in 1871, but as George H their son wasnt born till around that time, his parents may not appear as married/together in that census! Lib:))

At the moment, all I can say is that Richard has NOT added siblings to his tree. Its VERY simple .. he's just adding parents to everyone. I'm HOPING that he may be brave enough to start adding siblings at some stage, but I need to find out HOW confident he actually is at altering/adding to his tree. At this moment in time, he hasn't made contact back with me .. and nothing has changed on his tree. I think we can relax just a little bit ... but I hate to speak too soon. Cheers Christine ... I would have to go back through the thread to check which info we already have ... and in between cups of coffee, tv, getting wasps from daughters bedroom, hearing all about next door neighbours holiday, I really haven't found the time !!! LoL. It all helps ! Elaine :-)

Richard has now given me access to his tree. It is ok ... and he seems to know what he is doing ... so I will try and take him through it one step at a time. Forgive me IF I add details to this thread that may have already beeen added/found. Its just my way of quick reference. I will keep everyone updated on progress. He now needs to alter Lucy Holmes b 1893 to Lucy Mitchell as her father is George H Mitchell. He hasn't got the Mother, so he needs to add Lucy Madeley as wife of George and mother of Lucy. Thats what I have left him to do. Elaine :-)

DD, dont forget - anyone can have an account and build a tree. dont have to be a full member. just a different user name. Jess - (haven't recieved by the way!)

I've just suggested that I ask Richard for access to his tree. He has 40 people on it, so, if he agree's I can see who he needs to add - and then feed him little bits of information at a time and when he's added that info, I can feed him some more. I can also keep an eye on his tree and check he's adding the correct info in the correct place. I'm sure he's offline at present, as he hasn't replied, but we'll see how he responds tomorrow. Maybe its the only way forward ? Thanks to ALL of you for all the help. I know we were all getting as frustrated as each other, so having pulled together we MAY be able to help him after all. Elaine :-) - going offline myself now !

Debby & Christine, .... just add any info that you think is appropriate but that we have missed ! As long as we have this thread, we can collate the info and try and do something with it ! ...she says ! If nothing else, we can get information from it if needed. Tracy ....I will gladly forward the ft to ... Jess ... (get ready for PM Jess !) I did notice that Richard HAS got 40 people on his FT on this site so far ... so maybe if the information he needs is forwarded onto him bit by bit, whilst he adds it, then he may be able to keep on top of it himslef ? We'll see. Elaine :-)

Just want to add my admiration to you all for the hard work you have put in for Richard. I remember how frustrated we all were with him at the very beginning. But he has listened and tried to find some information for himself. Wanted to pop in and try to help in some small way, but computer very slow earlier on. If I can help now, please let me know. Once again, well done all.

Hi Johnathon ....and Tracy ! Yes, that looks like it ! I never assumed that that particular website came this far forward in time.!!! Heather told me about that site earlier ! Good innit ! Thats Brilliant. Maybe you would like to place your findings on Richards Birth Lookup thread for him Johnathon .... just don't let him know about this thread please, I couldn't be doing with him hijacking it, no offence intended, ... I THINK he may have gone off for tonight, he asked me if I would keep an eye on his thread and make sure it didn't drop of the board. :-) Elaine :-) TRACY, you deserve loads of praise and more besides ! can I send it onto Jess ? or would you like to do the honours ? You have put so much work into it. Jess, how much help do you want to give !!!! LoL ...there IS something that you may be able to help with !!!!!!! Have a look at Tracy's FT ... and see which is the best way to add the additional info in such a way that Richard will understand it. I COULD and have before now, drawn a Family Tree for a friend ... in the 'traditional way' ... it could take a few days with all the info collated ! lol ! Elaine :-)
