DAWN I found WildboarClough on the 1914 and 1902 directories of Cheshire but there was no reference to any Smith's. As the directory was selective of many records, it didn't give the address Park Cottage. All the best Sam |

Hi Sam, I wonder if you can check for KEEN in the Hull area between 1873-1900. They were a family of chairmakers. They moved from Glasgow some time before 1875 and returned prior to 1900. Information may help discover when. Thanks in advance, Jim |

Hello Sam, You kindly looked at Kingsland Road in London for me last night, would it help if I gave you the surname of BEARD, Possibly William Thomas (the father), William Henry, Alfred or Reuben (sons). They were Jewellers and clock makers and had a shop in the Kingsland Road before 1850 onwards. I am trying to find out if thier offsprings continued there into the 1900's. Any info you could pick up for this period would be great. MANY THANKS - Sandra |
