Hi Tracey, I dont have his birth certificate I only know my Grandad (herbert Levison 1906 Blackburn) details, and know that his father changed his name after his birth but dont know how long after, I am not sure where to start looking, thought it would be so easy with the rare name but is proving very difficult, I dont know his mothers first name either.
