All I need now is to find out where George Boak was born, I've been on the Ellis Island website & found Robert going to USA in 1903 then in 1904 Mary A & John whom I am presuming is their first son but nothing of Mary J their daughter who was born in 1900!! Hi Allen, had a look in 1891 for you, but there is only 1 William Wardle bn in Lancashire about the right age, he was born in Clitheroe , living in Chatburn, and has the middle initial of B. so am thinking he's not the 1......... sorry

Hi Jane - well the kitchen needs a lick of paint and the front garden needs tidying up - but apart from that - being very new to this i'm not sure if the info i'm looking for just doesn't exist - or i'm looking in the wrong places. I'm trying to find any info on Albert Liversidge - probably from Headingley Leeds, married to Lucy Slater, his parents were William and Hannah. He was born in April 1882 and died Nov 1928. I know he existed because he was my grandad, and i've seen the grave!! he was buried in Morecambe - (the family moved there around 1925 from Leeds) and William and Hannah's grave too - also in Morecambe. But they just don't seem to have commited themselves to records - anywhere!!! I've been looking on websites so far and haven't made any forays to record offices or libraries or anything where real paperwork exists. Can you help, please - either with info - or advice!! (I'm getting results with another branch of the family so i can't be doing everything wrong!!!) I'd also like a bit more info on William and Hannah - anything to point me in the right direction.
