Dear Margaret In trying to locate Michael Mailey also sp Micheal in the family bible born in Perth Scotland in 1862, was a painter by trade in the 1901 census when he was living in London. Hello Margaret. Could you look up an Archibald FREW born 1857 in Lanarkshire. His Wife is Catherine born 1859. Possibly Fife. On the 1901 they were living in Northumberland but place of birth was just put down as Scotland. If I could find the area they lived in it may help me find Archibalds, parents.
