Dorothy , there are 4 Simon chisholm born 1870-81 in Dunfermline or Inverness and 19 Jessie mcgregor in 1880-1 alone none that are married to each other so very hard to know who without a place to search. Hi Margaret I hope you will be able to help locate the parents of Elizabeth McBride who was born in Hebburn in 1884. Her father was Peter McBride, aged about 35 in 1881 and occupation Boiler Maker. Her mother, Mary McBride nee Keenan born Glasgow would be aged 28 in 1881. I don't know if they were married before or after 1881. Possibly living in Glasgow or Fifeshire. Would appreciate anything you can find as I only have them in the 1901 census. Carol
