Hi Lesley You cannot be loopy offering to help . my query is this - William Evetts born 1868 in Knowle Warwickshire married a Sarah born 1865 Nether Whitacre Warwickshire - and I would like to know Sarah's maiden name plus date of marriage - eldest child born 1867 so I assume marriage took place 1865-1866 - can you help me please?????????? GEORGE ****************** Right first of all.... What makes you think he married twice? I understand the birth places are different for both the Elizabeth's but it still might be the same person...... I have hunted & Hunted and cant find anything that tallies with your questions.....GGrrrrrrr...... If you look through searches I have done today you will see one that has two totally different places of birth for both the husband and wife on 2 different census's for LYNN re:Cornelius Cotton....BUT it is the same family so you cant really rely on Birth place info recorded...you MUST keep an open mind in this game lol I will keep looking around and see if anything jumps out at me... Lesley, thanks for your offer. I am looking for Eliza and Charles Farnden for 1851. If I have the right marriage, she was born in 1809 in Berkshire; unsure how old he is. I had a quick look on the search in Ancestry and there seems to be an Eliza Farnden born 1810 residing in Middlesex. Further down the page is a Charles/Chas also residing in Middlesex.
