Hi Lesley, I am still having a problem with the Cartwright family at Norwell, Notts. Please could you look in 1851 for John (1785) and Mary (1791) who show up in IGI as :- CHARLOTTE CARTWRIGHT Christening: 13 MAY 1829 Norwell And Carlton On Trent, Nottingham Father: JOHN CARTWRIGHT Mother: MARY JOHN 27 JUN 1813, ANN 16 SEP 1815, ELIZABETH 10 FEB 1818, WILLIAM 04 OCT 1820, HENRY 04 DEC 1822, MARY 08 APR 1827, SAMUEL 28 FEB 1832 Charlotte and her parents, with the 3 grandchildren are as you found in 1861. None of these grandchildren show up in FreeBMD for the dates given in the census but Sarah and Mary are in IGI with very different dates, as children of William. Many thanks, Frances
