could you do a marriage search between a joseph wright to a woman called mary abt 1883 in gloucestershire maybe cutsdean or winchcombe and also the marriage of robert wright to a woman called caroline in bourton on the hill or bourton hill abt 1855 could you do an 1871 search for a william wright he should be abt 40 maybe in glos or worcs i beleive he was born in hazeltone glos thanks for your help regards jamie

Hi LL in Lancs Here's one for you, although not a lot to go on. 1901 Census most likely Coseley/Sedgley area of Staffs The children are likely to be Maud Brown born about 1894 in Coseley/Sedgley or thereabouts Annie Brown born about 1897 also in Coseley/Sedgley etc. The family will most likely be in Coseley or Sedgely area of Staffs Thats all I know , so hope you can find the rest of the family Thanks in advance John

Hi Lesley Can you find any of the Phipps family born in Northampton. I am looking for Charles, still in Northampton in 1891 Cliftonville with his mother but I can't find him in 1901 index.. then James born 1860, can't find him after 1881 Richard abt 1865 can't find him after 1881 Albert 1863-in 1881 he was an articled clerk in London but I've lost him after that John H. born 1861-I shown as sick nurse in London in 1881 and then he went on to a a silk merchant in Hampstead. in 1901 but I would love to know the rest of his family There was another Phipps family in Northampton. My family were not born in Preston Deanery or Preston Capes but definitely in Northampton. There were two sisters too, Eleanor and Emily but after 1881 I lost them, probably married. Can you find any of these in 1891 or 1901? not much to go on I know! Chris

Hi Lesley, Could you look up a William George Emery on the birth indexes - he was born in 1846 in Durham City. I haven't been able to find him - maybe it just needs a fresh pair of eyes. Also this is probably a long shot but could you look in the death indexes for a Edward French (b.1876 in Gateshead Co Durham). I can't find him either - I'm assuming he died around age 65 so I've tried looking around the 1941 death index period but found nothing. Your help is greatly appreciated. Tracey

hi lesley thanks alot for the earlier searches, if you dont mind i have several more that could do with your touch the marriage of james harris to a woman called elizabeth abt 1861 in winchcombe glos the marriage of a william evans to an anne smith abt 1878 in winchcombe glos and also the marriage of george smith abt 1837 in winchcombe his wifes name may be traphena or tiyphena, i cant read the writing very well on the census. and finally the marriage of charles sollis to a woman called sarah abt 1870 in honeybourne or evesham in worcs oh could you do an 1871 search for a richard harris he wS BORN IN SNOWSHILL GLOs and should be abt 31 maybe in worcs or glos, dont really know thanks for you help and could you email the results of your searches as im off to work now and would really appreciate it regards and many thanks jamie
