TRISH Do you have his parents names?: There are 3 families (surname GRIEVES) on the 1861 living in Northumberland with a son Robert. You can sometimes find a variation in the surname for the same family - I've got one family with 3 different spellings on Censi! Annette

I then sent for a birth certificate only to find the father given as Philip ! If Henry can be located prior to his marraige ( 1878 ), I might determine who his father really was !
