Her son Wilfred Peach Chambers was born 28/10/1891, at this time she lived at 26 Vassall Road, Brixton, Surrey. Sarah, Sarah A, and Sarah Annie seem to resemble John Smith!! There are so many. I'm sorry I don't know where she was born, or when. She is my grt-grt-gran, and her son's birth certificate lists no father, so I don't know if this was her married name, so I'm very stuck. It also says she was a waitress. I am hoping she was a local girl. The family are all from South London and Surrey since then too, which makes me think she is local. Hi Pen, I saw your pigs were getting a fair bit of attention yesterday - will you be posting pictures on the web for all us G.R. friends? Back to the serious stuff. In the 1881 William Broome claims to be 31 from Burton, Suffolk (just down the road from you, in a fast car) but the only birth in FreeBMD is Broom Ipswich 1849. Sorry to be so vague but I just can't get anywhere with him at all. And please could you look on the 1901 for the same William but, this time he would be with his wife & son; Jane Sampson b c1869 in Croydon Surrey & William Thomas Sampson b 1898 Croydon Surrey. Hi Penelope WESTWORTH I wonder if you can help me in so much as tracing my Relatives: Here goes Agnes Alexander 1851 Census - As unmarried Daughter at home, apparently there were 8 in the household. All names if possible and ages if possible. Ralph Westworth 1871 Census - Married Agnes Alexander Registered Oct-Dec Vol 8e Page 949 in 1867 trying to trace Ralph’s Parents, Brothers, Sisters and most important Children. Quite possible both Ralph & Agnes have passed away. I think Ralph died in 1875 age 30. Not sure about Agnes as yet. 1881 Census – States Children living with Grandmother hopefully at least 2 will be Thomas and James and others. Need to know names of all 4 inhabitants and ages if possible. Thomas Westworth 1901 Census - Age 30. Wife Elizabeth Ann Wilson age 25, and Daughter Mary Agnes age 1. Elizabeth Ann Wilson born 1876 – Newton in Cartmel 1881 Census – Is she on this, if so, all inhabitants and age if possible. This is all the information that I have without seeing the census.
