Jane ...my nan was born about 1881 she was 17 in 1898 according to her marriage certificate...so these wouldn't be right. I found Ettie and George on the 1901 in Sussex...think that it could be them...it says born in London Middlesex.I always thought that her name was just Hetty but grandad always called her Ett...could be even Harriet... I found a Harriet age 3 months on 1881 in Marylebone...seems to fit but still not sure...all a bit iffy....would you mind getting the info for her on 1891...just to check...thanks Sorry to take so long answering.I was off looking and didn't think that you would reply so soon. Thanks again for all your help Hetty |

oh dear Jane I haven't a clue...there are so many George Turners. it may be one of the earlier ones listed though. and Hetty Turner's father is definately William and not Frederick because I have it on a marriage certificate. I found her on the 1901 census under the name of Ettie Turner. can you see if its Ettie on the 1891 census please.....would be in London. Thankyou very much for your all your help. Hetty |
