I'm looking for info on my Grandmother, she was born Maud Rose Dickenson in Warrington 1900, married John Ditchfield in 1919 also in Warrington and died in 1941 in Northwich Cheshire ... Any Further Info would be greatly appreciated she died when my mother was 3 so nothing to go on!

hi Can you please check the following for me. Edwin Halls 1890 married Maud Lee 1896 in 1915 Walsall. Their first child was Edwin Halls 26/12/1918, they went on to have another 11 children. I think I have the correct names but cannot find the birth records to enable me to enter the correct details and hoepfully find their marriages. If you could find any of the following I'd be very grateful. Maud Gertrude, Elsie May, Marjorie, Norman, Irene, Jack, Joan, Ruby, Cyril, Malcolm and Frederick. All were born in Walsall ( I'm not sure if Walsall was classed as Staffordshire or West Midlands then) Thanking you in advance Michelle

Hi Danuella, Thanks for trying to find the marriage of my grandparents, Frederick Aldridge & Eleanor Ferris nee Absolom. I have to admit I am begining to think they never married. The strange thing is she was always called Mrs Aldridge and that name is on her will and grave. Her first husband was charged with desertion after running off with another women. I'm not sure how divorce worked back then or how long she had to wait to get re married. Is there any chance you could take a look a bit further after 1920. It may be that they never married until much later, if they married at all! Thanks again Jane

hi Danuella, re. Daniel Enos, and his wife Annie Sanford's deaths may i suggest looking between dates 1920-- 1930. many thanks for looking between 1930--1943, Daniel would of been my uncle, seems to be a very elusive family !!! regards Roger

Hi Danuella, Thank you so much for looking for the birth of my father Matthew Sutcliffe - I, like you, haven't been able to find anything for that date. The only thing I can think is that he was not registered as a Sutcliffe. Thats why I'm desperate to find his mother and father's marriage as he may have been registered under his mother's maiden name. I have also ordered a copy of his first marriage certificate, and maybe it will say a different father on there, perhaps he was just taken on by Arthur. I wont know until I get the certificate in a few days. Is it possible for you to find Arthur and Gloria's marriage without Gloria's maiden name do you think? Unfortunately Sutcliffe is quite a common name. Thankyou again for your time, Rebecca

Hi Danuella: This is a long shot, as I cannot find any informtion or confirmation on the above persons. Arthur Whitworth born: Births Sep 1878 He was baptized on 6 Oct 1878 at Baillie St Rochdale Lancashire John Robert Whitworth: Births Sep 1880 baptized same church (now closed) Have nothing on them except the 1901 Census, living with Parents. Parents died around 1910 and 1912,as well as sister. Any informtion would be appreciated unless there is a few hundred of them. there are several John R around the same birth dates.

Hi Leanne, There are loads for Edith Hale but the most likely with the same middle name is this Hale Edith G Burdett Christchurch 2b 964 There are a couple for Phyllis Hale 1 in Cheltenham and 1 in Nuneaton Heres one for Gertrude Marriages Jun 1915 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Kemp Gertrude M Willmott Woolwich 1d 3128 Will look up deaths later.
