Sally, it looks like you are really busy and I have got lost amongst the other messages Added By Alison Harman on 27/11/2006 08:29:57 | Hi, Please will you look for William and Caroline Flude on the 1841 and 1861 census. I have found them and their family on the 1871 census in Birmingham but think he was born in Leicestershire. I was looking for his daughter Alice when I was looking on the 1871 census who was born in 1864. On the 1871 cesus it says he was born 1840 in Lutterworth and his wife Caroline was born in 1838 in Birmingham. Any info about William or Caroline would be much appreciated. Thanks Alison |

Hi Sally, Thanks for your kind offer. Could please find in th 1841 census Richard Upex, born c.1791 in Warmington (Northants?) and his wife Sarah born c.1792 in Paston, Peterborough. I believe they had a lot of children, but I suspect many died in infancy. Thanks, Anna |

Hi, Could you look up Ellen Wood on the 1851, 1861 and 1871 uk census' please? I believe her parents were Anthony Wood and Mary Priestnall. Ellen was born in Heaton Norris, Stockport, Cheshire. She was born in about 1845. I think by 1871 she was married to her first husband, George Parker. If you could follow her through to the 1901 census, that would be wonderful-by 1881 she was married to her second husband, William Heginbotham, but I know you must be busy so just up to 1871 would be brilliant! Thankyou Freya |

Hi Sally Thanks very much for continuing to offer lookups. I should be very grateful if you could trace a marriage in USA for: John George DEVERDIS, born 1916 in Gateshead, Durham, UK. The family (parents: John George Deverdis b.c. 1886, Grace nee King b.1889, and John George junior) moved to Detroit, Michigan in 1929 (living in Wayne County, Michigan on 1930 census). Deverdis is a very unusual name but is open to frequent mis-spelling/transcription and I am having trouble getting any further! Regards Helen |
