Sue Report 30 Dec 2006 11:03

Hi Debs, Thanks for looking, I am grateful for your help, I don't know what else to go on! It is possible that the Ann in Much Marcle b1816 is the sister of Esther as she was born sep 1814, she also had a brother edward he was b 1807, that one may be he. I don't know if that is the death of esther, I usually base the deaths on the census, but without the census, I do not know if this is her, if you know what i mean! Many thanks for looking, Sue

Hi Debs, Thanks for looking for George, I don't have any siblings for you to go on. But Kempley is quiet close to the HEF boarder, and his mother was from Much Marcle HEF. So is it possible to have a look there. Thanks, Sue

Hi Debs I would really appreciate a look-up in the 1861 census for Hamilton, Scotland, for a Samuel Hough age aprox 37, born Warwickshire, Mary, wife approx 31, Georgianna 6, Thomas Frederick 4, Josiah 4. If its no too much trouble could you see if Samuel and Mary might have been there is 1851. Thank you very much Sheila Canada

John Report 29 Dec 2006 23:48

Hi Debbie, Thanks for trying but I don't think that either of those fit the bill as I have the family in 1861, William Jane,Ann and Thomas( 8yo) so presumably they lived in Liverpool in 1851 as William and Jane married there in 1843 I think that there must either be a transcription error or the family are missing. Thanks again for trying John

Hi Debbie, In trying to sort out some unsolved problems from the past I came across one which is still outstanding. would you please look again in 1851 for Liverpool or Toxteth Park for Ann Perry or Parry aged about 3. You gave me a possible with a Mary Ann Janey Parry about 1848. Fathers name should be William, Mothers name Jane. You gave me 3 possiblites although I think that none of them quite fitted the bill. Would you please look once more and also expore the possability that she is away from home. Thanks in advance John

Hi, thanks for the offer, Are you able to find George MAPP on the 1841 for me? He was born 1816 in Kempley Gloucestershire, he married in Dymock GLS in 1845. I have his mother as Esther Mapp from Herefordshire, but no mention of a father, I was wondering if he would be mentioned on the 1841! Many thanks, Sue

Hi Debs. Re: John Williams 1901 Census Sorry Debs we're at odds - my fault. Sydney Williams, the only child I have any data for, was born 1914 I know not where, nor do I know if he was the first child. I took a guess at age of his father John. I have nil other data other than that given earlier. If no John Willams at Chase Terrace, Registration District Lichfield, Staffs could you look at Norton Canes, Registration District Cannock, Staffs please as just found out he MAY have been born there or lived there prior to moving to Chase Terrace. Sorry to be so vague but John's grand daughter can't give me any more info. Regards Ron
