Hi Jackie Sorry have no idea what the proffession of John was, and I know there are loads of Hollins in Newcastle!! It has been a nightmare to try and sort them all out. I know that Richard married Alice Lilley 28/4/1720 I know that his son John was baptised in Newcastle 18/6/1721 I know that Johns first child, a son John was baptised 25/6/1738 So is there a John marrying say 1736/1737? Both Johns were baptised in Newcastle, so the marriage would have been there. Many mnay thanks for taking the time to try and sort this for me. Audrey |
