Kaz Have you seen Margaret's post: 'Added by Margaret Manson on 20/04/2007 01:38:48 A Henry Wright married an Ann Williams, Llanelly, Carmarthenshire June quarter 1868.' Margaret Yeah, there's a few of them born in Pembrey in 1848. What a total pain! |

You ladies must be night owls. I'm 5 hours behind you and I'm ready for bed. Margaret |

Missed that from Margaret Maria, boy this will take some sorting out...is it possible that Ann Rookley died and Henry re-married in Wales in 1868?? |

yes, this addiction is sending me to bed at ridiculous hours! I suppose that's a possibility that he married twice. Giving this a bump in case anyone else can help Many thanks so far though |

As the Wrights seem to have registered their younger children (David onwards) why not get the Birth cert for one of them? That will give Ann's maiden name. |

Of course if it is Ann Williams, then you have to buy the marriage certificate, too, to find her father's name, because there's more than one. I can hear the cash register. Ching ching! $$$ Margaret |

and if he married Ann Williams AND Ann Tookley, I'll have to get two sets of marriage certificates! This is going to cost me a fortune. It looks like he had TWO Elizabeths as well. Maybe one of them died? As for Henry himself, there's a few Henry Wright's born in Somerset around the same time, so not sure which one is him. One of them though was iving with grandparents from a very young age |

Maybe I'll see if anyone's looking up deaths first |

and what's more! How am I supposed to know which is the right birth cert for Henry considering two Henry's were born in Langport, Somerset one in 1848 and one in 1849)? I don't even know WHERE in Somerset he was born but Langport's looking good for around the right year |
