Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 4 Send Message	My Grandfather. William Charles Davis. Born 1880. Father William Frederick Davis, Commercial Traveller. Married my Grandmother, Hannah Maria Young (Widow)nee Rogers. Married 4.9.1909 Marylebone Registry Office. Was a Furniture Carman, but subsequently moved to Scotland and owned a couple of shops and was a sweet maker (sugar boiler). Believed to come from a large family of 18 children in the Clevedon area of Bristol. Father to Winnie Victoria Davis born 24th May 1910 and stepfather to Ralph and Frederick Young.
