He was born 18 Sept 1932 in southend-on-sea essex as Peter Ginsavitch (not 100% of spelling), his mother was either called Mary or Martha and later changed his surname to Osborne. His brother is Anthony and sister Ursula. If you have any info or even just think you may know somthing or somone please get in contact.
