I am trying to trace the family of Barbara Sayers born in 1834 in Sussex. She was married in 1854 to a George Pierce. They lived at Shave cottage Hurstpierpoint, Sussex. There is a family story that she was related to Tom Sayers, the last great bare fisted pugalist (boxer). I would be greatful for any info on family to complete my tree! Sylvia |
