Hi I am related to you. Mary Ann Norrie was my great grandmothers sister. My grandmother was very fond of of your grandfather and loved when he visited Portsoy. Would be good to be in touch and exchange information.

Looking for Norrie connections in North East Scotland. My great grandmother was Mary Ann Norrie b. 1875, Brooms Croft, Ordiquhill, Banffshire. She married William Clark (Stonemason)of Aberchirder in 1900. Their Son John, my grandfather settled in Glasgow (Ithink he had a sister known as Cissie and a brother George and they lived in Aberchirder.)Mary Ann had a brother George b. c/ 1888. Their parents were George Norrie & Margaret Stephen Married 1870 at Ordiquhill.
