There is only one family as far as I know with the name Gladston (spellt without the "e"). The family members are by now spread far and wide. From what I have been told the name dates back a few genarations and that an ancestor did a big favour for a king.he was then made the freeman of Berrwick. if any one knows any more about the history of the name I would be happy to hear from them. |
